Doel van de klachtenprocedure<\/strong><\/h2><p>Deze klachtenprocedure beschrijft op welke wijze i24 Group BV klachten van klanten in behandeling neemt, beoordeelt en afhandelt. Het doel is om transparantie te bieden en een zorgvuldige, uniforme werkwijze te waarborgen.<\/p><h2><strong>2. Indienen van een klacht<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>i24 Group BV neemt uitsluitend klachten in behandeling die <strong>zijn ingediend via het ticketsysteem van de klantenservice<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Klachten die via andere kanalen worden ingediend (zoals telefoon, persoonlijke e-mail, sociale media of mondeling) worden niet in behandeling genomen en worden verwezen naar het ticketsysteem.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>3. Ontvangstbevestiging en beoordeling<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Na ontvangst van een klacht via het ticketsysteem wordt deze <strong>binnen 5 werkdagen<\/strong> in behandeling genomen.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Binnen deze termijn wordt de klacht beoordeeld en ontvangt de klant een <strong>schriftelijke bevestiging<\/strong> via het ticketsysteem.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>4. Behandeling van de klacht<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>De klacht wordt toegewezen aan een medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor de inhoudelijke beoordeling.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Indien aanvullende informatie nodig is, wordt de klant hierover ge\u00efnformeerd via het ticketsysteem.<\/p><\/li><li><p>i24 Group BV streeft naar een zorgvuldige en objectieve afhandeling van iedere klacht.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>5. Afhandeling en terugkoppeling<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Na beoordeling ontvangt de klant een gemotiveerde reactie via het ticketsysteem.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Indien de klacht gegrond wordt verklaard, zal i24 Group BV passende maatregelen treffen om het probleem op te lossen of herhaling te voorkomen.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Indien de klacht ongegrond wordt verklaard, wordt dit duidelijk en onderbouwd toegelicht.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>6. Escalatie<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Wanneer de klant het niet eens is met de uitkomst van de klachtbehandeling, kan de klacht worden voorgelegd aan het management van i24 Group BV.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Escalatie vindt eveneens uitsluitend plaats via het ticketsysteem.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>7.
